Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped out in 7 to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) This does not include shipping time.

 The reason for the longer processing time is because most of my products are made to order and almost everything is handmade by me, in house. This ensures that I am providing only the BEST quality items to you.

Currently It's just me here at Sonder & Sage Co (I'm Ashley, hi!) And I truly appreciate your patience.

 

I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking numbers and carrier; You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly, should any issues arise. I am not responsible for lost packages. 

-All orders will be shipped via USPS, FED EX, UPS, and DHL. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates.

- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given. If a package is returned to sender (me) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. If customer requests re-ship, customer will pay for the cost of the re-ship. 

- I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once I give the package to the carrier (USPS, FED EX, UPS, or DHL), it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the carrier prior to emailing me about your order.

- I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact me at sonderandsageco@yahoo.com with a photo and the order number, and we will work together to find a solution.

 

International Orders

If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States of America), customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package upon arrival because (tax and duty) fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given. Order refund may be given if the package is received as ‘return to sender’ back to me. 
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, customer satisfaction remains a priority. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out directly at sonderandsageco@yahoo.com. We are committed to working collaboratively with you to explore potential solutions. This may include addressing issues related to defects or damages that may have occurred during transit.

To facilitate a resolution, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. It is advisable to include photographs that clearly depict the issue at hand. This will assist us in assessing the situation and determining the best course of action to rectify any problems.
